Print and encode RFID in a single step

EtikStudio programs the label's RFID chip at the same time it prints the visible art: codes, text, and logos. Encoding is defined per printer language, so it works with your current RFID equipment and your real data.

An RFID label is two products in one: what you see (the printed label) and what's read by radio (the chip with its EPC). Handling them separately doubles steps and multiplies pairing errors. With EtikStudio, the design includes the RFID field as just another data item: the printer writes the chip and stamps the art in the same pass.

The encoded value can be an EPC built from the GTIN and a serial (SGTIN scheme), your own identifier, or any variable data from your database. Counters guarantee unique serials within the lot, and the flow writes and verifies, flagging labels whose chip didn't respond.

Build the EPC (e.g., SGTIN-96 from GTIN + serial) or write your own value, with counters for unique serials.

Encoding per language

Writing uses your printer language's RFID commands (e.g., ZPL on Zebra), with no extra hardware.

Variable data

The RFID value comes from your database, file, or ERP, like any other label field.

Print + verify

The flow writes and validates; labels with a failed chip are identified so they never reach production.

UHF and HF

Compatible with UHF inlays (EPC Gen2, supply chain) and HF/NFC depending on your printer.

Remote and mobile

Trigger encoding from the mobile app or the ERP to the plant's RFID printer, without VPN.
