Four ways to connect

  1. 1

    Direct query (ODBC)

    EtikStudio queries SQL views exposed by the ERP: today's orders, production orders, deliveries. IT controls the view; the label only reads.

  2. 2

    Exchange files

    The ERP exports the batch (CSV, Excel, XML/JSON) to an authorized folder; EtikStudio picks it up and generates every label of the run.

  3. 3

    Triggered printing

    The ERP flow (a message output, a job) sends the job to the EtikStudio connector, which prints on the right plant's printer.

  4. 4

    From mobile

    The operator queries the ERP data from the app (via the connector) and triggers the label on the floor, with no intermediate PC.
